My story starts out with what I call "The Rebuild"... definitely not a perfect life. Victims of this stupid economy my husband, daughter and I moved back to our home state of California. Without getting into too many details, it sucked. Not necessarily moving back because there are some great benefits but the circumstances we had to move back under were pretty much stupid. No one likes feeling "forced" into something and that's exactly how we felt at first. We are very "go with the flow" kind of people and we have really learned to accept that what has happened in our life has made us stronger as a couple and as a family. We moved in with family to get our feet on the ground and recently moved out into our own apartment. It's going to take time to get things back to normal but we have to trust that the path that is laid down before us is indeed perfect, no matter how imperfect it may seem.
